Rick Arrowood, J.D., is an international professor experienced in nonprofit management and global leadership. He currently teaches at Northeastern University, Boston, MA., in Melbourne, Australia and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Rick has increasingly organized and delivered international executive education workshops sought by varied firms to transform their management and leadership development. He has provided nonprofit and leadership workshops as well as given keynote addresses in several countries all around the world. Consulting many domestic and international nonprofit organizations to aid in professionalizing their leadership capacity, Rick brings a keen understanding and well-developed knowledge base for interacting with diverse audiences including emerging leaders and managers from around the globe. Prior to working as an academic in higher education, he worked for three decades in nonprofit startups leading to high-level executive leadership and board appointments.
